Delwood Tours was born from the shared vision of two travel‑agent friends with more than 20 years of experience and a deep appreciation for the art of thoughtful travel. Over decades in the industry, we cultivated not just expertise, but a genuine passion for helping people see the world with curiosity, comfort, and care.
In time, we realised that everything we’d learned — every itinerary crafted, every traveller guided, every destination explored — had prepared us for something of our own. Something more intentional. More personal. More beautifully designed.
So we created Delwood Tours: a boutique travel company built on knowledge, heart, and the belief that exceptional journeys come from a human touch. Here, every detail is considered, every experience is curated, and every traveller is welcomed like a friend.

I believe the best outcomes come from pairing thoughtful strategy with real human connection. With a background in Tourism, sales and partnerships, I take a considered approach to understanding guests, building trust, and delivering with purpose, always with a touch of humour.
A naturally curious traveller, I favour depth over speed, often lingering over museum plaques, drawn to warm coastlines, and seeking out story-rich experiences. Outside of work, I spend time with my family and embrace new challenges, from free diving to the ski slopes, often with more enthusiasm than technical skill.
I’m Cara — travel expert, adventure lover, and firm believer that the best stories start with a packed bag and a good cocktail.
With years of industry know‑how, I’ve perfected the art of turning travel dreams into beautifully organised realities (with plenty of laughs along the way). I’m passionate, curious, and always chasing the next great experience — whether it’s discovering a hidden bar or exploring somewhere new.
And when I’m not out in the world, you’ll usually find me hanging out with my dog, Norman, who is convinced he’s the real boss.
